Please read this before submitting a ticket

Dear user,

In order to speed up the troubleshooting process, please make sure you add the following info to a support ticket:

  • The URL(s) of the video(s) that you've tried to download
  • Device (Windows laptop, Android Phone, iOS phone, etc.)
  • Operating system that you're using
    • In case of mobile device, it would be great if you could include the OS version (for example iOS 9, Android 5.0, Windows Phone 8.1, etc.)
  • Browser that you're using, and also, have you tried other browsers?
