Thank you for your suggestion.

1. The 320Kbps quality matters only when you are encoding to mp3 from a source with much more better quality like audio CD, Flac or other HQ format. Unfortunately youtube videos does not have the best quality audio tracks and increasing the MP3 bitrate will only give the larger file size and the longer download time.

2. You already can do this. Just select "MP4A" from audio dropdown. 

Most of music videos on YouTube are low quality, I agree with that. 

But I have found videos uploaded from record companies and their formatted in .acc @ ~200Kbps
