- The URL(s) of the video(s) that you've tried to download
- Device (Windows laptop, Android Phone, iOS phone, etc.)
- Operating system that you're using
- In case of mobile device, it would be great if you could include the OS version (for example iOS 9, Android 5.0, Windows Phone 8.1, etc.)
- Browser that you're using, and also, have you tried other browsers?
